NUMERICAL INVESTIGATION OF THE DYNAMIC SOIL-STRUCTURE INTERACTION OF CONCRETE BUILDINGS

This research is carried out to investigate and assess the dynamic soil-structure interaction features related a reinforced concrete building. Numerical analysis mathematical simulations were performed depending on ABAQUS® software package achieve study goal. Structures with floor numbers ranging between one ten modelled simulated, soil characteristics explored measured in terms of base shear, axial force, moment, displacement, taking into account principles. In addition, effect type building stability performance was assessed examined. The findings revealed that shear for five-floor frame decreases by 5% from soft medium 23% hard soil. Also, reduces wall system stories 20% less than On soil, this outcome lowered 12%. force 2% mild 8% Additionally, forces provide 9% decrease 4% reduction 10-floor resistance system. There 3% 12% regarding force. Meantime, are lesser 13% compared 6 % displacement decreased 6% 5-floor 11% However, structure reduced 10% 22% Displacement 18% 30% respectively.
